Together We Can: Empowering Change Through Collective Action

 


Plus Two Humanities students of GVHSS Koyilandy started a new study program called 'Together We Can' as a part of 'My Class My Pride'. The school teacher Ashraf Sir inaugurated it. Another teacher Faisal sir gave his greetings. Miss Smitha, the class teacher who plans such programs with the children, also spoke in the program. The class leaders of Commerce and Science batch also came as guests in the program.This scheme is implemented for the better success of the children during the academic year. The aim of this project is to divide the children into groups of 4 or 5 and discuss learning with that group during and outside of free time and to help those who are backward in learning.The teachers said that no class had witnessed such a project before. They said that it was a completely different program. The success of this program is 100% marks for this year. Ashraf sir said all the best wishes for this program. At the end of the program, the student Devananda thanked.

KODAI STORIES

 The Plus 2 students of our school recently went on a tour to Kodaikanal, a beautiful hill station in Tamil Nadu. The trip was not just about sightseeing and enjoying the scenic beauty but also about learning new things and experiencing new adventures. One of the most exciting experiences for the students was trucking. They got a chance to drive a truck on the hilly roads of Kodaikanal. It was a thrilling experience for them as they had never driven a truck before. The students were taught how to drive a truck by experienced drivers and were given a chance to drive it themselves. They learned about the different gears, brakes, and other controls of the truck.
