GVHSS SCHOOL KALOLSAVAM

 School Kalolsavam is one of the biggest event in Kerala where  students compete against each other.Our School Kalolsavam is arranged to take place at the school, district, state, and sub district/sub-jilla levels. The Competition will be held in category wise such as LP, UP, HS, HSS/VHSS. Candidates who have secured high position will have the opportunity to compete against Higher level Schools. Through this kalolsavam youthful artistic and literary ability of students will be showcased.

     Our school kalolsavam was conducted on 19 & 20th of october 2023.

പ്ലസ് ടൂ കാർക്കൊപ്പം പഠന യാത്ര പോവുകയെന്നത് ഒരു വേറിട്ട അനുഭവമാണ്. യാത്ര പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴെ അവരെ ചോദ്യം ഇതായിരിക്കും സാർ ബസ്സ് അടിപൊളിയാണോ? ഡി.ജെ ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടല്ലെ അല്ലെ ? ഇതിനപ്പുറമൊന്നും അവർ നമ്മോട് ചോദിക്കില്ല... അവരെ ഭാഷയിൽ യാത്ര വൈബ് ആക്കുന്നത് ഇതൊക്കെയാണ്.   ബസ്സിൽ കയറിയാൽ തുടങ്ങുന്ന അത്യുച്ചത്തിൽ വെക്കുന്ന 'കൂടെ തുള്ള്' പാട്ടുകൾ ... അവരോടൊപ്പം തുള്ളാൻ അവർ നമ്മെ നിരന്തരം പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കും ... നമ്മൾ തുള്ളിയാൽ പോയി .... വെറുതെ തുള്ളുന്നത് പോലെ ആക്കി പുറത്തേ ഓടി മറയുന്ന കാഴ്ചകളെ പറ്റി അവരെ നിരന്തരം ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുക. പച്ചപ്പും കാടും കോട മഞ്ഞും മലനിരകളും ഓടി മറയുമ്പോഴും അവർ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ലുങ്കി ഡാൻസ് വെച്ച് കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കും... പക്ഷേ ഈ വർഷത്തേ പഠന യാത്രയിൽ ഒരാൾ മാത്രം കണ്ണിമ വെട്ടാതെ ബസ്സിന്റെ ജാലകത്തിലൂടെ നോക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ആശ്വാസമായി ... ഞങ്ങൾ മണ്ണിനെ കുറിച്ചും പച്ചപ്പിനേ കുറിച്ചും ഏറെ നേരം സംസാരിച്ചു. നന്നായി പാടാൻ കഴിവുള്ള അവനെ നിർബന്ധിച്ചപ്പോൾ നല്ല പാട്ടുകൾ പാടി... മനസ്സിൽ ഒരു കുളിർ മഴ പെയ്തത് പോലെ ... കാഴ്ചകളിലേ വേറിട്ട കാഴ്ചകൾ ഒപ്പിയെടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന യ...

KODAI STORIES

 The Plus 2 students of our school recently went on a tour to Kodaikanal, a beautiful hill station in Tamil Nadu. The trip was not just about sightseeing and enjoying the scenic beauty but also about learning new things and experiencing new adventures. One of the most exciting experiences for the students was trucking. They got a chance to drive a truck on the hilly roads of Kodaikanal. It was a thrilling experience for them as they had never driven a truck before. The students were taught how to drive a truck by experienced drivers and were given a chance to drive it themselves. They learned about the different gears, brakes, and other controls of the truck. Apart from trucking, the students also went on nature walks, visited the famous Kodaikanal Lake, and went on a trek to Dolphin's Nose, which is a popular viewpoint in Kodaikanal.
