KODAI STORIES
The Plus 2 students of our school recently went on a tour to Kodaikanal, a beautiful hill station in Tamil Nadu. The trip was not just about sightseeing and enjoying the scenic beauty but also about learning new things and experiencing new adventures.
One of the most exciting experiences for the students was trucking. They got a chance to drive a truck on the hilly roads of Kodaikanal. It was a thrilling experience for them as they had never driven a truck before. The students were taught how to drive a truck by experienced drivers and were given a chance to drive it themselves. They learned about the different gears, brakes, and other controls of the truck.
Apart from trucking, the students also went on nature walks, visited the famous Kodaikanal Lake, and went on a trek to Dolphin's Nose, which is a popular viewpoint in Kodaikanal. The students also visited various other tourist attractions like the Bryant Park, Coaker's Walk, and Pillar Rocks.
The trip was not just about having fun but also about learning new things. The students learned about the history, culture, and traditions of Kodaikanal. They also learned about the importance of preserving nature and the environment.
Overall, the trip was a great success. The students had a lot of fun, learned new things, and made memories that they will cherish for a lifetime. The trip was a great opportunity for them to explore new places, meet new people, and experience new adventures.
Visiting Kodaikanal was truly an unforgettable experience. The Kodai Lake was a picturesque spot where I spent hours just taking in the stunning views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
